The best and easiest treat to make is champagne truffles, and anyone who loves cocoa and wine will surely give you a five star rating.

Truffles are made out of cocoa and cocoa contains 2 special chemicals that induce the happy lovey dovey feeling you get from eating cacao. Bonbon contains 300 chemicals that trigger the brains through neurotransmitters. Phenylethylamine and tryptophan are the real culprits when it comes to getting seduced by food.

Phenylethylamine travels through neurotransmitters that trigger the hypothalamus to make you feel like you are in love. This also cause alertness, excitement, pulse rate becomes faster, and happiness. In terms of moods serotonin often elicit feelings of anxiety and elation.

Anandamide, another chemical, stimulates the receptor to produce dopamine. The effects of dopamine feels similar to inhaling cannabis, that is you get high from eating, but the effect is not as strong as the chemical found in marijuana. It relieves stress and pain by producing endorphins in the body.

Chocolate is a tempting treat but eating the right one versus the unhealthy one makes all the difference. Nutritious dark chocolate contain soluble fibre and minerals, the fatty acid found are usually monounsaturated and saturated, and also contains stimulants like theobromine and caffeine. It is also a source of antioxidants such as catechins, flavanols, and polyphenols to name a few.

It also protects lower density lipoproteins against oxidation and raises high density lipoproteins. Cardiovascular diseases are lowered because of the compounds found in chocolate the helps prevent the oxidation of LDL. It also protects the skin from harsh UV rays from the sun.

The procedure is very easy just make sure that you not only have the correct ingredients, but also the right amount because the taste will be altered if it is not correctly done. Take a small sauce pan then put the heat on medium high then pour half of a cup of heavy cream. Once it is hot take it away from the heat then pour it on the cocoa in a heat resistant bowl.

Stir the mixture until the chocolate has melted into a goopy substance. It should not be droopy but should have a smooth consistency. Then add a quarter and a tablespoon of champagne, and a tablespoon of cognac, stir in these last two ingredients and until well mixed. Freeze the chocolate for at least an hour to firm and once it is done you can scoop the chocolate using a scooper then garnish with your choice of sugary or powdery seasoning.
