Chocolate Fudge Slow Cooker Recipe

Any dessert or sweet dish that contains chocolate is nothing but a delight to eat. One of the amazing sweets that kids and adults both love is the chocolate fudge. Although you can buy a lot of different varieties from the supermarket but if you prefer, you could try making some of your own.

The good thing about making fudge at home is that you would know exactly what you have put in the recipe. This is because shop bought products may contain too much sugar or other ingredients that are not 100% natural. Moreover, it can be an expensive item to purchase especially if you are going for luxury brands.

You may follow any recipe of your choice but the most easy and preferred recipe is slow cook fudge recipe. The only ingredients you would require include chocolate, vanilla essence and condensed milk. You may find these ingredients very easily and they are not expensive at all. So, you don't have to worry about spending a lot to buy the ingredients.

If you want to give it a different flavor, you could add flavors that you like for instance, orange essence or you can put in some chopped nuts raisins and much more. Also, make sure that the ingredients you use are high quality products otherwise no matter how accurately you follow the recipe the end product will not taste good at all.

Use good quality chocolate but its up to you whether you want to use dark, milk or white chocolate. You could also try mixing different flavors together like white and milk or dark and milk, like you could put a think base of milk type and top it up with white type. White variety is the sweetest of them all so when you're making white fudge, you should try to use less amount of condensed milk.

The proportion of the two main ingredients should be precise as explained in the recipe otherwise it may turn out wrongly. The motivation behind why vanilla quintessence is utilized is on the grounds that when you cook the consolidated drain with this fixing it might begin to emit an extremely weird smell so, vanilla pith kills that odor.

If you prefer, you can add flavors of your choice like instead of using vanilla essence you may use rose water or any other essence you like. You could give it a bit of orange flavor as orange and chocolate taste brilliant together. In a way you are free to play with flavors of your choice and make the fudge more indulgent and tasty.

It is up to you if you eat the homemade fudge yourself or give it as a present to your loved ones. The crock pot recipe of making fudge is so easy that any one can do it without any hassle. Just mix up chocolate and condensed milk and let it simmer on low heat for about two hours. It will have a very sticky and thick consistency but when it cools down it becomes hard.
