Technology To Sustainable Digital Printing

Just as man has evolved through the past years so has the modes of passing information, from the early man's drawings on the cave walls to the now printing has taken new ideas and inventions. The current system is aimed at creating an environmentally friendly methods that will be able to meet the need of not only the coming generation but also the current one. Sustainable Digital Printing has come up to fill up the void due to the new technological advancement.

Manufacturing industries remain competitive while still upholding the green technology is one of the importance of this system. This is because the processes are complex and need joint inputs from different parties from the manufacturing industries hence there is creation of interdependence. The process is continuous.

The system has codes that assist in achieving the vision of the project. They are; the envelope- deals with support or the preservation of the undertakings at the manufacturing industries, basically the upkeep practices. The product a collection of the proposals, the resources used and the produce output that is channeled to the industries. The process- handles the making of prints before and after the process. Environmental guidelines are derived from this.

Recycling opportunities are maximized. This is because of harvesting of the renewable energy as from the sources as well as conservation of the scarce resources that results in lowering the levels of the waste. These can be attained through utilization of environmental sound vegetable based ink on the printing press, which have got no any petroleum emulsions, consumable wastage and lower ink, minimal waste of ready-made paper as well as better energy rating hence extra energy efficiency.

The main aim of this project is to make the process of printing more sustainable. This can be achieved by, choosing to use renewable and biodegradable materials for production now that materials play a huge role in the process. Using vegetable based ink which is free compared to the petroleum one with the heavy metal ingredient. This male the production work much easier and safe.

Secondly, consider the use of modular products. The products are easily recycled at the end of their life span but are also easy to repair or update in case of wearing out. This is possible because of the making of custom solution with standardized materials. Making it easy for production and shipment hence lowering the energy consumptions throughout the products life.

Last but not least a point of contemplation could be the size matter and the type. Use of lightweight materials reduce the discharge of carbon and the cost of shipping is cut. Reducing the size of paper by designing smaller pieces without tempering with the initial designs could also do. Consider using a light font and see how clear and elegant it is to read compared to bold fonts which appear darker.

Everybody would like to live in a world that is friendly and pleasing to the eyes. Hence taking care of the environment is a collective responsibility. We must all join our hand together and say no to activities that would deprive us a good environment worth living in even in years to come . So that we can all look back and be proud our hand work
