                                               Mufrokh

Ingredients 

To prepare the country:
1 cup or 200 g of sugar

0.6 ounces or 150 ml of water

¾ cup of water


To prepare the dough Mufrokh:
1 ¾ cups or 370 grams of margarine

1 kg of semolina

1 Tray or 395 g Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk


To prepare the cream:
1 Tray or 395 g Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk

3 cups of water

¾ cup or 100 g of corn flour

2 tablespoons water

1 cup or 180 g of a mixture roasted nuts (almonds, hazelnuts) unsalted, for garnish

How to prepare
