Even if you make a mess of the food the first, the second and third trials will be better. Then, before you notice, you will be an expert. Thus, if you enjoy cooking, the Spicy Gochujang Wings should be your next project. This is a Korean meal that you can also learn to prepare and enjoy. The recipe that follows will guide you.

If you try this recipe and the results come out perfect, be sure that you will enjoy one of the most delicious meals. However, some cooks will give you their recipes and all of them have their way of cooking. You can try all the recipes at your own time to see the difference. This recipe requires you to marinate and bake the chicken. The spice that is used is called gochujang that hails from Korea.

If you are one of the people that love spices, this meal is therefore ideal for you. You will use the paste made of red pepper to marinate your wings. The paste will be mixed with umeboshi plum vinegar and pomegranate molasses. These ingredients add flavor to your chicken. If you wish, add fresh ginger paste, honey, and garlic.

The total cooking time is fifty minutes. Fifteen minutes are used for preparation and the meat cooks for thirty-five minutes. The main ingredients for cooking are fresh grated ginger or garlic, plum vinegar, red pepper paste, pomegranate molasses, chicken pieces, toasted cashews and sesame seeds, paprika, pepper, and salt. Make sure you have taken the correct measurements of the ingredients depending on how tasty you want the meat to be.

Once you gather all the ingredients you need, you can now start to make the marinade. Mix the ginger, red pepper paste, pomegranate molasses and the vinegar in one bowl. Mix them until you create a smooth paste. Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your likeness, then, set aside approximately one-third of the paste for basting.

Then, put the sauce or marinade into a plastic bag that can be zipped. Add the chicken pieces and zip the bag. Then shake the mixture to allow the sauce to mix thoroughly and coat the chicken fully. Let the chicken marinate for thirty minutes before you bake it.

Next, preheat the oven to four hundred degrees. Then, use cooking spray or canola oil to grease two baking sheets. After that, spread the marinated chicken on the baking sheets evenly. Leave the chicken to bake for thirty to thirty-five minutes. The inside of the meat should cook properly, and the outside should be crispy.

Make sure that you remember to flip the wings halfway through your baking. Use tongs to avoid burning your fingers. After flipping the pieces, apply the remaining one-third of the marinade. After you are sure that the meat is fully cooked, put it on a tray and sprinkle it with the sesame seeds, paprika, and cashews.
