The first mistake that you should avoid is to have half whisked eggs for your omelets. This will make the aftermath not as delicious as you would have wished. It is recommended that you endeavor to whisk the eggs until the white, and the yellow part blends perfectly. The second mistake that many people make is to have some fluids lined up for mixing with the eggs. By all means, should you avoid adding any fluid to the eggs. Ensure that you stick with the eggs and the eggs alone. The fact that you have milk, cream as well as water does not guarantee that you can use them.

The omelet you prepare should never be big. This is a common mistake which many people out there continuously make. Ensure that you have an omelet that is one serving which only requires two to three eggs. There are instances where you can go for two eggs and one that is white. Following this will ensure that you get the best results ever.

The size of the pan you use to cook the eggs matters a lot. It is recommended that you use a fitting pan that will enhance on the thickness more than the size. For instance, it would e a bad move to cook two eggs with a pan that is bigger than eight inches. This will lead to having an egg that is extremely thin hence ruining the whole dish.

The next mistake that you should beware of is using a hot pan. This will be one of the best ways to ruin your omelet as the egg will only overcook or be burnt on one side especially the bottom and be uncooked on the upper side. Make efforts of having some butter applied on the pan and when they have completely formed, you should put your egg. Having moderate heating will ensure that you egg is perfectly cooked.

When filling your omelet, you should exercise due diligence. A very important thing to consider is having the fillings well cooked before you can cook your eggs. The recommended things for the fillings are things like spinach, tomatoes or even the mushroom. The fillings should never be watery which will make your omelet a dry one. While filling, endeavor to use two or three tablespoons of the fillings which shall make it possible for the omelet not to burst especially when it is folded.

Following the above tips will help you make the best decision. Failure to consider any of the above will ruin your dish completely. Therefore, it is necessary if you would be diligent enough as not to make the commonly made mistakes.
