In the case when you prefer grilling, there is no major difference with the way you cook it while frying. However, the small difference will be in how one adds the fat like oil or butter. Instead of adding the fat to the pan in frying, it is common sense to brush it in small amount for grilling.

You may also cook this ingredient to a steak with broiling. Broiling means you have to use four to five inches of the raw ingredient. When broiling it up, you need to do it for around three to four minutes. Cook it for this long on each side. Do not forget to brush oil into the raw ingredient before turning it over for cooking.

Making stew meat is possible with this raw ingredient as well. You can serve up this kind of delicious dish with ease. To cook it into a stew, you can just follow through with the normal method for making stew. You have to add this raw ingredient to the stew and wait for it to cook and become tender.

You can add the said meats to burger as well. You can cook it as a bulk or you can use it to make patties. For bulk, you can cook this faster than beef burger without leaving fat in the pan. If you prefer the patties, sear on each side using a grill and then lower the temperature.
