In the current world people serve this type of cuisine in weddings and special occasions. It is viewed as the most exotic type of cuisine. An everyday menu usually includes the first and second course then a side dish and coffee. The first course is normally a more satisfying dish like pasta.

The Italy-style coffee is made from a blend of coffee beans which are roasted to medium or medium dark in the north and darker as you move south. They also serve wine which is produced locally. Italy produces largest amount of wine in the world and is both the biggest exporter and consumer.
