Having these oils is better than those fats which are animal based like lard and butter. Having these is also bad for your health. An excessive consumption of these fats will possibly result to increased risks of strokes, heart diseases, and heart attacks.

And lastly is associating too much consumption is a danger for having a dietary imbalance. Fat digestion is slower compared to the digestion of other foods. And the result of this is not making the person feel hungry for long unlike when wanting to eat whole grains, fruits, lean meats, and vegetables.
