A dirty area can absolutely make the customers turn off. The physical look of the restaurant must be pleasing and not the opposite of it. When the place is clean, expect them to believe that the way every menu is prepared is done in a good way. They will surely not be pleased to eat it if the place is not clean.

To build it successfully, it is good to consider the importance of controlling the cost and keeping track on it. The easiest way to do it is to ensure that everything is clear that you have the needed menu or items to make the preparation successful. Check everything frequently and know if it still within the range of your total budget.
