By Jose Miller

Most people could not imagine their mornings without this aromatic, amazingly tasty beverage, and with a very good reason. The first morning coffee has the excellent quality of waking you up completely, and it is undeniably tasty, especially if you have the organic fair trade coffee on your shell, or in your favorite coffee shop on your way to your work.

The reason for buying organically grown food doesn't have to be explained any more. Even so, some people are still unaware how much better these products really are, how much tastier and healthier. The same thing is with coffee beans. When they are organically grown, the whole experience of drinking your favorite morning beverage becomes something really special.

If a product is Fair Trade labeled, it means it has been redeemed directly from the manufacturer, enabling the manufacturer to earn a fair share of earnings, avoiding numerous large buyers and sellers who would otherwise earn on their efforts. This ultimately enables the survival of small producers who produce food in traditional ways.

There are a large number of types, each of which has special characteristics. It's upon each consumer to pick his favorites, but, when it comes to quality itself, there are some universal facts that can be used as a guide. Organically grown beans have much higher qualities and much better taste, not to mention the fact they are much healthier for consummation as well.

The most popular types of coffee are Arabica and Robusta. Robusta is grown in lower elevations, has more caffeine in it and is mostly used for commercial grade products you will find in your nearest store. Arabica, on the other hand, grows in higher elevations, has more delicate taste and less caffeine, and is considered to be of a much higher quality.

Although both types can be commercially grown, organically grown Arabica has some special qualities that cannot be achieved other ways. For example, it is grown using natural shades of surrounding trees and in-between planted plants. This attracts birds that will take care of different pests that could make a damage to these plants. It means that there is no need for any chemical pesticides, and this type of a production saves a nature.

If you buy fair trade labelled aromatic beans, this will allow the producers to get a fair share, and to continue producing using traditional ways. The fact is that their product is of much higher quality, and that you will enjoy drinking it. Actually, you will be surprised how differently this beverage can taste, how full of aromas it can really be. In one word, incredible.

In this case, you can do it both ways. You can enjoy in your perfect morning beverage on all different level, experiencing the whole spectrum of wonderful aromas and, at the same time, help preserving the nature. If you help those people to get their fair share, you will also make sure they will continue producing these wonderful beans of the highest quality.
