In order to reduce our chance of developing illness, we are constantly told to eat right. We are told to get as many essential vitamins and minerals into our bodies as required, which can be easy or difficult depending on one's situation. ALS is no different, as it seems like different types of food stand the chance of reducing the risk of this condition being developed. ALS is a condition with limited information, as it relates to causes. Even though this information is constantly being looked into by Stu Millheiser and medical specialists alike, it seems like inflammation and oxidative stress may have something to do with it. According to a Medical News Today article, the aforementioned circumstances have been linked to neurodegenerative diseases, which is what ALS falls under. As a result, it seems like foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids may have a positive impact.

What are some of the foods which contain the fatty acids in question, you may wonder? Amongst the easiest sources to come by would be nuts and seeds, each of which come with tremendous variety. Walnuts, for example, are not only easy to find at any supermarket but they are relatively cheap as well. This doesn't even mention the fact that they can be eaten in numerous ways, either out of the hand, with salads, or what have you.

Omega-3 can also come in the form of fish, which is another possible option that Stuart Millheiser can support. Not only is it able to bring other nutrients into the fold, but there are so many other options to consider as well. These products include - but are not limited to - salmon and tilapia. Not only is fish able to bring a greater level of nutrition into the body, but its ability to reduce various illnesses, ALS included, cannot be overlooked.

To say that diet matters would be an understatement, especially when it comes to the many illnesses which have been observed. When it comes to this particular condition, omega-3 fatty acids can have quite a positive impact. There are many different foods out there as well, not only in terms of nuts and fish but vegetables as well. Focus on the many options you have, find creative ways to implement them, and your overall health will become better.
