In almost all cases, carne asada is normally cut into small pieces. This saves the consumer the hassle of having to cut the pieces further while eating. When making the dish, the oven has to be preheated to a temperature of 230 degrees Celsius. It should then be lined with a parchment paper. The potatoes have to be cut into wedges and mixed with baking sheet, paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl. The mixing should be done continuously until the fries are completely coated with the mixture.

The fries should then be placed on the baking sheet and allowed to bake for between 30 and 35 minutes. Alternatively, one can continue baking until the chips become crispy or change color to golden brown. In a separate bowl, one should mix oregano, orange juice, garlic, cilantro, chili powder, salt, lime juice, and salt. Flank steak should be added to the mixture and marinated for twenty minutes.

The next step is to let the steak cook over a cast-iron skillet to medium-cooked and afterward left to rest for about 10 minutes. After ten minutes, the steak ought to be diced. Afterwards, baked French fries need to be put in an ovenproof skillet with pepper jack cheese and diced carne asada. Then, they should be broiled till the cheese melts.
